As the time goes by for RPM with the CDO Realty, its development reached its main goal, which is to serve all the clients with less hassle and in total convenience. Thus, the goal has been participated by all of the members and staff of the said office. And as part of the enhancement of the realty, the head office has decided and widen its wings to reach the possibility to make its agents, staff and the other members, to be more pleasant, presentable, comfortable and gay to give all the clients with comforting and good service.

The head office is now improved its rules for each of the members and agents to act, show and serve the clients in more professional ways and looks and  obliging each agents and staff to have their uniform on and even settled up its ambiance as a perfect view or place for all the clients to come to and ask from, of whatever they need to live here in the city of Friendship.

Just yesterday, all of the staff and agents were having their on uniform pictorial. That was to show that the CDO Realty with the cooperation of RPM Realty is now developed and is now ready enough to serve all  the clients regardless of their status, views, looks, taste and needs, in terms of  house and investments here the city of Cagayan de Oro.

As the whole city is clamoring with the happenings and prepared events of our local government, the HomeChoice Planners and Construction Corporation had held and sponsored a mass wedding of few of their construction workers. It was participated by the Assembly of God individuals.

The wedding was supported by few of the church members, and the RPM Realty agents. The ceremony had started at 8:30 in the same day and done at 11:00 A.M. The receptions were conducted in the construction site and in the office, where numbers of people had enjoyed the prepared blessings by the Masangcay.There were five couples who were pledged to be united morally and lawfully. The said mass wedding was successfully done with the reason of putting together the will of God and the human nature law  through ceremony. The newly wed were given the opportunity to receive the blessing from God. Through this, they, the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, once again shared its boons to its fellowmen.

A lot of faces had smiled and lots of hearts were given contentment and happiness of the successfully done event. In behalf of the bonded couples and the families who were once again got together in the name of God, “Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Robinson Masangcay for being the detour of this opportunity!”

As one of the witnesses of the said event, I would say that the mass wedding was really assuring and graceful. It was palpable and each of us, though we were only one of the participants, will surely treasure the said event with the message of God, that marriage is not a joke  and it is a big and sacred commitment with the loved one and with the Lord.

Also, we, from CDO and RPM Realty, would like to congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Crisanto Peniscula who just got wed on the same day. May pour Lord God bless and give you more boons from above. Once again, CONGRATULATION for all the newly wed!

The housing festival was encrusted with magnificent house models, with its costs that are worth with its great amenities and services offer. Each has its own uniqueness and beau that are very enticing to many personalities here in the city. The display was collaborated with the prepared program by the organizer, the Jatico. Diverging steps and thundering dance moves were presented, and uttered speeches by Cagayan de Oro’s Vice- Mayor Acenas and BPI Vice-President Franky Ramos. The program lasted only for almost two hours. After that, shared table’s boons to every participant followed.

The event was successfully done at exactly 8 o clock in the evening that gave inspiration and dreams to those enthusiasts to start a living in the house of their choice and taste!

CAGAYAN de Oro is now on a hyper stage as the whole city not just the Catholic community is preparing up for its yearly traditional fiesta this August 28. Cagayan de Oro’s patron saint is Augustine and the clergy here are emphasizing that the focus of the fiesta must not be on secular activities but on religious ones. Of course, the traditional nine-day novena is here implemented as well as the various masses during the day of the fiesta itself, August 28 but the private sector has initiated among itself various activities to enliven the products and services they offer.

Foremost among the fiesta organizers is Promote CDO Foundation which has been tapped by the city government and even inked a contract which is authorized by the City Council to organize fiesta activities such as Miss Kagay-an 2010. The whole festival is named Kagay-an Festival and the logo of which was achieved through a contest that was organized in 2007.

The beauties of Cagayan de Oro, around 12 of them, will be paraded around Limketkai Atrium on August 26, the coronation night. There are already beauties who have stood out above the rest such as Diva Opina who was once a Miss Teen contender and who was adjudged as Miss SM Fashion during the swimwear tilt which was held at Hotel Koresco last August 7.

First of all, the economic crisis has dangerously seeped into our beloved Northern Mindanao and of course, that included Cagayan de Oro even though by far we are still the fastest growing economy outside of Metro Manila. This can be gleaned through the sorry low number of participants in the Kagay-an Dance Fest. That’s because it is hard for contingents to participate due to the expenses incurred in a troupe of 40 dance members.

Believe me, I cannot describe to you the tremendous volume of people witnessing the various events since Day One of the festival opened with Mayor Constantino Jaraula banging the agong to signal the start of the festivities via Kumbira 2009.

EVERYWHERE in Cagayan de Oro, the fiesta spirit currently pervades. Many visitors here would attest that Filipinos are spiritual in general. And many Filipinos are Catholics. That is why each city in the Philippines has its own yearly fiesta of their patron saint. And Cagayan de Oro is certainly not an exception.
