It has been true that regular exercise is a good way to maintain good health than any medications. Statement above was uttered by The Department of Exercise and Health Services in the UK states, as additional proof of the good reasons why people or every individual must have to keep on mind the benefits of exercise like walking or running. Thus, it is good to put into practice or add to our schedule the time of taking care of every vein, tissue, joints, and angle in our body to keep fit totally.
Exercise is really needed for us also to keep us sound and vigorous physically in doing our duties and activities everyday. Therefore, if we are having enough exercise, we will be fit and fit enough to accomplish our job or work daily. And what are the other benefits we could get from exercise? There are a lot! The most of those is in curing some diseases in the body. Like that of walking and running, those help our body be away from any of the following diseases: Cardiovascular Disease. Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension, Obesity, Depression and Osteoporosis.
In relation to real estate’s events with this article, Pueblo de Development had once again extend their empathy to all of realtors and sales persons to have time for this health activity and also for them to enjoy the well-maintained environment and amenities by the development. Just last Saturday, September 17, 2011, they held the FUN RUN, 2011; having the theme: Brokers & Agents Pueblo Fun Run Sales Rally. That was started from 7:30 a.m. up to 12 noon. The said event was participated by numbers of realtors with their sales persons, running all around the Pueblo Township up to Hillsborough, where the last stop or finish area was as well as the fellowship designated at.
Though this is just for fun and camaraderie along diverging realty, the Pueblo management also gave honor and cash prices to the deserving winners for the said activity. And it is our pride in RPM Realty to have the 1st Place through Arvin Don Bandojo and Cristie Kate’s performance!
Does this explain why exercise or this activity is good to our health and mental state? Yes it really is! As we in the realty are that having the boosted self-esteem that even until now, at our age and at our performance mentally and physically, we are still that FIT and still having FUN with any Fun Run the developer could give.

With our previous entry, we covered the BDO for having their done event at SM. Now, we have this newly done event at Lim Ketkai Mall, just yesterday, July 09, 2011. There were lots of participants from different housing developers, car establishments, and those other businesses, that are can be availed through bank loan.
The event was held in Lim Ket Kai rotunda area, where every loan enthusiasts were settled property and comfortably on the area. There were people from the press and those who are having OFW relatives who are interested to avail either car, or housing loan. The BPI team had a chance to explain to public their ways and process in availing the loan, in any purpose would it be.
On the program, they gave surprises and prices as well to those participative participants. That was a great chance also for those individuals who are just come from abroad, to ask personally to the bank management of their ways, so that, when they go back abroad, they can, at least have the idea.
I just happened to go in the area, to stroll, but I just realize that it is really a must time for me to be their. Of course, to listen and observe how lots of our fellows are interested with this bank financing, just to own a house. They just need to have complete details of how it works and a reassuring explanation by the bank staffs!
Condominiums are widely known with its favorable space, grand taste, and luxurious looks to everybody. It is good for both Filipinos and foreign individuals. Among of those developers that have these units is the ItalPinas, which is under the Pueblo development.

In response to this requirement, the Chamber of Real Estate and Builder’s Association (CREBA) had held a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for all sales persons last May 27, 2011- May 29, 2011 at Budgetel Hotel, Corrales, CDO. This was participated by numbers of sales persons under varying realty manage by different licensed brokers in Cagayan de Oro City. Not only that, there were two people, who are broker already, who joined the CPE, since they were not able to complete their CPE units for their license renewal. May 27, 2011:
With these topic, Real Estate Brokerage Practice, by Edgar Paolo Gorospe from 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm. All of us where once again reviewed with the thoughts and ideas of what the realty and our functions should be as sales persons, under our licensed broker.
May 28, 2011:
This is the 2nd day for the CPE, and the speaker was Atty. Leo Paolo Perez, with the two topics- Fundamentals of Property Ownership and the Real Estate Service Act / (RESA). These were about the national/ public laws, that all of us in the business must take into consideration upon dealing with this kind of work. These are not just laws, but must be observed, in order for all of our transaction is done accordingly and lawfully. The session ended at 3:00 pm.
May 29, 2011:
The last day of the said CPE seminar and we started at 1.00 pm with Business Communication topic by Professor Ramon Abrera. He is teaching in Liceo de Cagayan University. He made the lousy afternoon to its total awakening demonstrations and catchy illustrations. He made it well and made the afternoon fully GAY, and that meaningful with all the communication strategies in dealing with not only- CLIENTS in the business, but to everybody and to everyone we meet. We ended up this day topic at 3:00 pm, and then followed by Personality Development by CRB. Mequesa Marie Chan. With this, she reviewed us of our every strength, which must be affirmed and improved, and not to be weakened by our weaknesses. We ended these 12 total units of Continuing Professional Education on this day, at 5:00 in the afternoon.
The said seminar was only for P1, 000.00 as registration. With its covered topics for the said sessions, it is enough to comply all of the requirements for Sales Persons’ Licensing. It is the major requirements of the said licensing to be which will end up to this July 30, 2011 for all Real Estate Sales Persons. The CREBA is will be the one to assist us for the application for this licensing. We are still waiting for the PRC’s Guidelines to comply all of our requirements and for the next steps to do.

If I were to be asked, “What is the greatest laughter in your life?” I would say, “It is when I was recognized as a mother and to be one of the right group-that is having the faith and guidance of God.”
All of us would feel the same happiness once we are being part or recognize of something we want or desire for. Just like of what our city this time. At first from a very simple yet livable condition and now is on its great name and fame.
Looking back with its history, our city received its recognition to be a CITY by making this Republic Act No. 7670. This acts declared that June 15 as a special non-working holiday public holiday in Cagayan de Oro City; also known as Cagayan de Oro Charter Day. To have full information of this Republic Act No. 7670: I have here the excerpt from Chan Robles Virtual Law Library.
Section 1: Cagayan de Oro was created as a city on June 15, 1950 by virtue of Republic Act No. 521.
Section 2: June Fifteen of every year is hereby declared a special non-working public holiday in Cagayan de Oro to be known as Cagayan de Oro City Charter Day.
Section 3: This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
This is an evident that our city was not made by just a spit of a tongue by any one in the area. But it is legally made, and pursued by our legislators and city officials. And it makes us proud ever since when it was declared. It is our honor to have our very own City of Golden Friendship. It is not only us here who are treasuring the beauty and abundance of our area; there are lots also of inhabitants who are coming from our nearby cities, provinces and even countries. As they usually say, “Cagayan de Oro is really portraying the friendship acts to each visitor. Even Cagay-anons are that friendly and hospital!” And this will be our pride to all of them. This is the city that we can boast to every stranger we would meet.
In response to this, our city officials and government employees mainly in Cagayan de Oro City Hall, Capitol, and those other offices, once again gathered in Gaston Park area yesterday and early this morning. Also just this afternoon at SM Mall they held a program featuring Ceasar Montano as their guest; who was also promoting his album. The other event which was held this morning was the JOB FAIR, which was held beside City Hall area, fronting Katryns bakeshop. That was rushed by lots of applicants in different fields of courses and people in different skills and qualifications. This was to in act the thanks giving of our CDO for being a booming city here in Mindanao. It was participated by different establishments as well, as their chance to widen their market and reach those people who would surely be participating on the said event.
In behalf of numbers of inhabitants now in the City of Cagayan de Oro, we, in CDO Realty people and staffs, would like to thanks those local or city officials who made our CDO to be not only a city but a KNOWN CITY in the country! And for the present Major and city officials now in CDO, thank you for the effort and perseverance just to make this celebration be done, just today WELL.

It has been centuries ago since our country had experienced the freedom it has been longing for. It has been a palpable moment in our national events, which we used to celebrate yearly. Thus, we, in Cagayan de Oro, we observed this celebration also. It is an evident to all of us that our city is also acquired and still partake this independence. All of the learning institutions here in CDO were in one theme with this event last Sunday, June 12, 2011.
One of those establishments also, which joined the celebration was the SM Mall. I went to the area yesterday and observed how different people in different tribes or races, as well, who spent their time at SM Mall. The SM management organized an event there for the said celebration and had put a big Philippine map on the rotunda area. There were also on costumes people on every Philippine area or province she/he is representing with. That is to show to all of us that, regardless of which race/s we came from, we are all Filipinos in blood, faith and culture as a whole.
We also here in CDO, we are having that freedom and realization. We also have that freedom of being not only Cagay-anons in CDO or Cagayan de Oro, but also CDO in heart and faith that- Christ dominating on us. That what makes our City of Smile more abundant in wealth, riches and good fate in terms of architecture, businesses and fame in any ways!
