Holiday season is here! And it only means one thing – it’s Jesus Christ’s birthday! When it comes to Christmas celebration, a lot of stuff are set and in store for it. In celebrating the holiday season, Christmas parties, Christmas decors and gift giving are part of it. During the holiday season everybody is busy in varied companies, establishments, schools and even at our very own house.

In the Real Estate business, one of the most awaited events is the Christmas party by the different developers. Comes December, Real Estate brokers and salespersons are always on the lookout for party concepts from the developers. It is in this season also that brokers and salespersons get to have a fellowship. Among the developers, the first to held its Christmas party is Italpinas Inc. Their party was held last December 2 in Primavera Residences’ multi-purpose hall. The Italpinas staff got an overwhelming attendance from the different realties. In the party, each realty prepared a number to present. It was in the presentation that the brokers and salespersons unleashed their dancing and singing prowess. Everyone gave their best shot because it was a competition. In the end, the Leuterio Realty bagged the first place. Nevertheless, everybody went home in gaiety winner or non-winner.

Another known developer conducted its Christmas party also last December 18. Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation held its party in Hillsborough Pointe clubhouse. Due to the recent typhoon crisis that happened in the Visayas Region, PODC decided to have a simple celebration. The celebration is to commemorate the typhoon Yolanda survivors. PODC also encouraged the brokers and salespersons to donate something for the survivors. Though it’s just a simple celebration, it is still meaningful because of their purpose.

The abovementioned developers are just two of the many developers that conducted Christmas parties. Other developers also conducted parties with their own unique concepts. The brokers and salespersons definitely had a fun filled December frolic. Kudos to all the developers!
