Being the first green building, Primavera Residences is a unique project here in Cagayan de Oro City. And because it’s the first eco-friendly project in the city, we are just eager to know and meet the people behind this awesome project.

Last October 17, we were privileged enough to meet the heads of Italpinas Inc. – the chairman emeritus Mr. Jose P. Leviste, Jr. and the CEO/chairman Arch. Romolo V. Nati. The brokers and salespersons from different realty had the chance to see and talk up close the VIP’s of the said company. It was a dinner meeting that was held at Barkadahan Grill and in that meeting, they have disclosed to us the promos that they offering for this quarter. We also had an open forum wherein the brokers’ concerns and questions were answered.

And last 19th of October, Product Knowledge Seminar was conducted just to refresh the mind of the brokers and salespersons. We are again privileged with this PKS because it was the CEO of Italpinas Inc. who has headed the seminar. Arch. Romolo V. Nati showed and explained to us the presentation he used in showcasing his works to potential partners and investors. It’s really a great opportunity for us to be able to listen to the explanation of Mr. Nati’s work first-hand.

We commend the heads of Italpinas Inc., most especially Arch. Nati for coming up with such an amazing project. Primavera Residences is indeed one of a kind project here in the City of Golden Friendship. It’s a condominium worth investing to. Cheers to that!
