Great and very great innovation is really coming over to our city months from now. It has been being planned, sketched and even prepared theoretically and actually by every personage in Cagayan de Oro Gateway Corporation. The latter is formed with the two huge parties of AYALA LAND INC. and the ANFLO. Those big parties are now in one in developing another big mark in our city- the CENTRIO TOWER.

Centrio tower is would be mixed used tower residential tower or condominium with its mixed mall project which is adjacent to the residential area on the same area in C.M.Recto Corrales, Brgy 24. This will be a magnificent project that has been conceptualized within the wants and needs of the inhabitants would be. This is another vital center in our city, which enhances the capability and the strength of our city to stand still with its development that is inline with the civilization and modernization. Its structure is would be that enticing and would be completed on the 3rd quarter on 2015.

We got all of those ideas during the Professional Training and Seminar held by Avida Property Management Corporation (APMC) last October 27-28, 2011. We in realty or brokerage field were being invited to join and be acquainted with the said project with its total details and the benefits in availing these units would be. On the training, there were numbers of sales persons and brokers were being in the venue and were even made to the last day, which is the graduation day and wherein, we had our team revalida and written exam taken.

The management required all of us to take both of those to check if what they had shared were being absorbed, and to check our professionalism as well while on field of sales. That was amazingly done and that educational. All of us had enough learning and discoveries from the people who conducted the training namely; Robert Ramirez, one of the sales personnel of Avida Land Corp. and Sheryl Lazaro, his collegue.

In our own group, there were 7 of us who finished the two-days training seminar up to the revalida and exam. All of us will be waiting for the result and for the launching of the Centrio Tower, of course! This will be an exciting product and market to be. We are all excited and courageous enough to be part of the sale and for the success for this product owned by CDO Gateway Corporation!

The said training seminar was done with the fellowship and the cheers on our faces. That was worth one! And it was our honor and pleasure to partake the professional learning and training by those people all the way from Manila. Of course, for the very competitive product- CENTRIO TOWER which model units are soon to be done and displayed parallel to the project itself!

Let’s wait and discover its very convenient units to be by December this year!

Being a newbie in our company, it is required for us to attend seminars to broaden our knowledge on matters regarding real estate and other things related with it. The Ayala Land Property Briefing is just one of the few seminars that we have attended.

Last 21st of October, together with our big bosses, we went at Grand Caprice Restaurant, the venue for the seminar that was hosted by the Ayala Land Inc. They started venturing a new project here in Cagayan de Oro City, thus they decided to conduct the seminar.

In the said seminar they clearly told us that the forum is not about recruiting brokers and agents. It’s for them to give us a brief overview of the different things that they are offering and the properties that they are developing in other cities.

Accordingly, Ayala Land Incorporation is the largest and most experienced developer. With unparallel track records and the developer of master-planned business. They practice the method of continuous redevelopment to enhance the different establishments that they have. The redevelopments that they are doing is also for the benefit of the people to enjoy more what Ayala Land Incorporation offers.

The seminar is also for us to take a peek on the on-going project that they are generating now in C.M. Recto, which was to answer the speculations that we were having regarding the construction. They proudly introduced to us the Centrio Mall and Kukun Hotel. In one of their slide shows, they featured the picture of what Centrio Mall and Kukun Hotel would look like when it is done. And we were amazed. The structure is awesome! They also introduced to us the Centrio Tower. I wouldn’t go into details regarding this matter because they wanted it to be a surprise to all the Kagay-anons. And so, we would leave you hanging.

Upon having this field of this real estate’s profession, our lives are really in two great things to consider to acquire, to have and to enjoy with deep appreciation in the bullies way, we can call it! Thus, even a midst with countless pressures and prompting things to happen in everyday in this field, we used to believe the magic of the this nature that it will be that okay and will still be inline with our vision, which is to be blessed and to be a blessing to every one in need in all means we can.

In response to this vision call we have, it seems that the developers are also in one thought with us. They even make sure that they, themselves could maintain the rapport that they are having among us, salespersons and to all the brokers serving their products to be sold. One way of doing this is through monthly activity they have, which started just last September- the FUN RUN.

Just last week, Saturday 22, 2011, they had once again held a fun run, with the idea of AMAZING RACE. The said event was participated by varying realty groups, brokers with their member sales persons and those others who are kinship of the said participants. Along with the amazing race, there were also prepared activities to make it more exciting, sweat-taking, breath-taking, memorable, gay and meaningful celebration. There were challenges along the way from the starting area at SM area Rotonda, up to each pit stops from Courtyards, to Golden Glow North to Calaanan,’s intersection roads going to Forest View Homes and the last one is to the finish line area at the Shop building unit in Forest view.

Was it really fun? No it is not fun, but rather, VERY REALLY FULL OF FUN! All of us were in one thought of enjoying the race while following the paces to every stop area we have and to every challenge prepared by Pueblo management. Being part of youngsters group is really advantage! That’s correct, and really true. Why? It’s because we brought pride once again to our group the framed certifications of being the 1st finisher and the ever defeated 1st group who worked in team, who made it even up to the last challenge!

After that, fellowship followed at Forest View Multi-purpose hall. We also on the lead of the total games prepared by the management, which are really exciting and full of fun and cash prices as well! We became more grateful to have 1st place again with the games and we even had our entire realty group lunch at Road house, where our seemed to be surprise and additional price—WOLF GANG picture taking with us! Was it worth it? It really is!

Words are not enough for me to put all of my excitement and gratefulness of the cheers and happiness to boost the team work we really have in the office. In behalf of RPM Realty and Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, I would like to thank all of the Pueblo personnel for making that event successfully done. We really feel the happiness and the sincerity of how you value us, as your marketing persons. And that event also tried and challenged every one of us in our own office to keep one with our office vision and mission, like you do!

As one of our city’s governance concerns, it is obliged to say, that in all of our income producing departments could be that well-prepared in dealing with people in improving our service to them; just to provide what every fellow is looking forward to satisfy their needs. Thus, even in every group or organization being created and newly molded it is a must to have the intensive trainings and seminars to be undertaken.

In response to the above mentioned trainings, even the real estate’s field of profession is now having a move with those innovation alternatives to be disseminated to all of those individuals inline with this field. Among those organizations, who handles a professional seminar or trainings for the salesperson is the CREBA TRAININGS CENTER or Chamber of Real Estates and Builders’ Associations.

Just last week, October 14 to 15, 2011 the CREBA, on the 3rd time conducted the Continuing Professional Education Salesmanship Seminar. For this seminar it had almost 40 participants from different realty or groups, who are affiliated in this field. The topics covers from the profession’s duties, terms, functions and also for the personality development in dealing and handling clients as well. Two of our companions were there and had the certification already, showing the 12 units for the done seminar. That would be needed for the licensing soon to be for all real estates’ sales-persons.

For their next schedule to be for this same event, they will also remind us all and would spread the schedule ahead of time. We will update all of you as well, especially those who are interested and would rather have their future and field of profession in REAL ESTATE WORLD.

Everyday is a one step to ponder for all of us in the office. As every body knows, we in RPM realty and Homechoice Planners& Construction Corporation staffs, marketing officers and head office personnel, are in one thought to have a break from all of the clients, duties and paper works. This is to strengthen the camaraderie and solidarity in the group as well as to make the team be tightly gathered together in one path and direction.

We termed the break we had as our office fun day, just last Thursday, October 13, 2011 at RJ resort in Jasaan, Missamis Oriental. Of course, to make the day that meaningful, the church people were also being invited to bring us the peace in mind, through their holy words and the prayers, for all of us to follow the scripture’s instruction and to remind us all of our resources and boons received from above.

It is not only our fun day, but also a family day for those committed and married people in the office; especially those having off springs and those who are having their siblings along with them. The office also took this time to recognize those achievers marketing officers from 2nd quarter up to the 3rd quarter.

Though the big bosses weren’t able to come along with us, we would like to extend our gratitude to them for making that day palpable and successfully done with their other siblings along with their own families. It will always be our pleasure to work with you and to continue the legacy you have started. Thank you and may we be having a great and bountiful output to come!

Just like the other cities in the island, our city of friendship is that booming with its development and with its educational enhancements along with those activities that inline with the city’s progress in contribution with the quarterly and annual celebration of the city’s boons. This is the greatest achievement of the city to make its territory that boosting and that leading with its enhancements now a days.

As part of their prepared activities or schedules events is the show down of drum and bugle or bands in every leading group of schools in the city. As part of this event just last October 02, 2011, in the morning, the Cagayan Provincial Capitol office and staffs conducted the competition and the same time the presentation of every selected schools to show their skills in this field.

Along with the celebration of the 18 Cooperative Month Celebration of the city, the City High School with their yellow-action moves, MOGHS in blue wear moves, City Central elementary and for the first time, the Lourdes High School Drum and bugle, participated for the said cooperative celebration. They were on the said scene to make the event more colorful and that meaningful, with the skills and the talents they have for the city to be proud of.

In fairness with the students and the pupils who participated the said event, they did very well! They made the celebration that magnificent with the choreographers and the dance moves they ever practiced with along with their trainers in schools. Also, this is not the only considered success of this event. Even these students and pupils were really marked with the history of the City of Golden Friendship’s success in the way they know!

What made me destructed with this event is the drum and bugle of Lourdes College High School Department. They are the pioneering group who made it to the event to participate and be selected by the city government to present, along with those veterans group of schools in the city who made the city to be proud of. With their pink Barbie-like costume, plus their dancers and lead, who are having the very towering heights, which made them very attractive. Though it is their first time to join the event in the history, they showed the real beau of the Lourdes girls who, too, could show the best that the crowd is longing for! They shun, yes they did!

This is in line with the Consolacion Fiesta as well. The said Barangay celebrated their ever celebrated their annual events. And as part of our thanks giving as well, we celebrated this event with our general manager’s family! This is as well to show camaraderie and good rapport between employer-employees relationship.

We would like to thanks the Holy High of making these events safely and that successfully, with full of cheers and laughter!

The country’s endurance of those recessions for years could become one of the proofs that the country is that getting better with its economic and societal aspects to make its own territory’s advancement. Thus, it is now ready even in brokerage areas to excel. Inevitably, it is also improving with its building structures and the architectural basis it has, is now that advance. It could really compete with those neighboring countries that are leading in terms of architecture.

The more buildings or properties we could make, the more our society’s needs be addressed and be more improved with its economic factors. Therefore, I could say that our country is not just good with its cultural and behavioral ways, but also in real estates field.
