“HIGH FIVE EVERYONE!” this is the ever repeating sound in our ears and mind after we experienced the mixed joy, excitement and thrill on the recently done Water Rafting, we in RPM, had experience as our first team building activity.

Just last Saturday, November 20, 2010, the office scheduled its water rafting activity with the White Water Rafting team, managed by Jerome Garcia.  At 6:00 in the morning, we met in Gaston Park and had our time taking photos for our memoir on this said event; while waiting for the others to come. At 7:30, we went to the main site office for the orientation and for the packing of our things for safety. The staffs, guides and the management were good and prepared for the activity. They served us well, and safely. Professionalism is being observed, which made all of us feel the complete ease.

Mr. Garcia pointed out to us the basic yet important things to remember, while we are on our way on the 21 rapids. The things, actions and the right options to do while we happened to stumble had been stressed and clearly stated. There are lots of hazards that will happen if ever we will miss to follow the warnings and orientation. After, unexplainable excitement and thrill filled our hearts and minds.  But the adventure went on!

There are other three companies of people who were with us in RPM realty. And there are two groups in rafting; the Pinoy and Western groups. Most of us went to Pinoy – the tubing, and the others to western.  We started are water adventure at about 10 in the morning following the very cold  and longest river in Cagayan de Oro,  up to the bridge where we jumped as our final thrill to experience and overcoming fears as well!

The sun rays and heat never stopped us to experience the excitement we have, and the astonishment on our faces really shown, upon discovering the beauty of the entire river and the natural resources surrounding it. And while we are on our way, rocks, rapids and plus the other people with us, made us felt the total happiness and complete thrill ever before we reach each rapid! Very breathtaking, yes it is! Especially every time we stumble down, this would complete the term “Water Rafting”. It is part of the activity, to experience everything, if you will just enjoy the water flow, and will not experience to stumble down with your guide, it will not complete the rafting. Try it, and you will know the true feeling of how water rafting really is!

At almost 1 o’clock in the afternoon, we went back to the White Water Rafting office for the lunch fellowship. All of us were tired, but the smiles, and shared thrill and amazement’s on our aura is visibly clear. Thanks to the White Water Rafting team for the good and safe guide and service!

As part of Camella Homes Communities’ prepared activities, it added this few groups. On November 19, 2010, the office launched the Elite groups consisting with agents and brokers from different realty.   It has two groups, the Red Avatar and the Golden Avatar.The RPM realty is categorize under the Golden Avatar and under on the Elite group.

The Camella Communities launched this group to have a motivation in a form of competition between two groups. Ma’am Emmie, the manager, encourages each one of the agents and broker to strive more to gain the prices at stake for every good performance in selling to be. And congratulations to RPM realty, they will have the Dahilayan, Bukidnon adventure tour. They deserve the price!

Rules where being enumerated and discussed in winning the awaited prices to all groups and everyone is excited to compete and win! Also, the declaration of officials followed and RPM realty broker is the sergeant at arms. The officials will have their functions in maintaining the good rapport among the agents and brokers in all realty and for the discussed agenda to be realized fully.

For the Camella Homes Community office, thank you for the opportunity and for your good outlook to all of us! We are all enthusiastic enough to reach the quota and to reach the goal discussed!

Camella is known of its being service and people oriented views of giving a great opportunity to every agent and broker in the world of brokerage. It is now having because of its huge and positive expectation from every participating individual in this field of profession; the said office is still extending its concern to all of us.

On November 16, 2010, the Camella Community office had held its raffle draw for those agents who manage to be still in the business and who are fortunate to have their names picked to receive the prepared prices at stake. Before the draw was done, Ms. Emmie, the manager first shared to everyone the messages which do still encourage every individual who are in this industry. She pointed out that, everyone is can be successful in due hard work, dedication, faith, resourcefulness, and of course, through prayers and believe of God.  She also made the meeting ambiance jolly with her gayness of heart, which made all of us in complete satisfaction of being in that moment.

She is years old in this brokerage industry, which made her more familiar and expert in the way of dealing every client , agents and broker to motivate and encourage in the way she thinks best. In relation to this event, she is very thankful and great full to all RPM people who are performing well this month of November.

That was a good moment to all of us in the office. To Camella Communities’ office staff and ma’am Emmie, thank you for the chance and for believing in our skills, talents and endurance on this field of profession!

The development of Pueblo is now on its vast cost. Every one is now enjoying its enhancements, especially on its housing or subdivisions. Now, as part of the management’s celebration of the up coming Christmas, the Pueblo office is now extending its opportunity to every tenants on its area to partake one of the prepared booths. This is for what they called, “Pueblo Night Café”.

On November 12, 2010, the Pueblo Night Café’ had conducted its launching with all of the participating tenants of the said event. The RPM realty is one of the participating tenants to display few of its house and lot construction done and on going projects and anything which are found for house use. This is a great time for every tenant to show their support of the Pueblo management’s ever awaited event. There was a prepared program, which all the participants and the enthusiasts enjoyed with. Mixed of colorful lights and the thundering music were presented and made the celebration successfully done.

This Pueblo Night Café is until on the month of December. Everybody is invited to join the event for this month long celebration. Visit this event every Fridays and Saturday evenings!

The Liberty Land Corporation held its 3rd Awarding to all awardees agents and broker on November 06, 2010 at VIP Hotel. The program started at exactly 10:30 A.M. up to 2 P.M., and was participated by numbers of agents from different realty, as well as brokers. The celebration was held with the United Nation concept, which gave great color on the program with diverging costumes worn by everyone.

RPM realty agents were never left behind! We also participated on the said program and were even got the BEST IN COSTUME AWARD- KOREAN. For the run through of the program, here it was:

Awarding for the Top Agents, 1st presentation by Cenita’s Group, Awarding for the Top ASM/ BROKERS, 2nd presentation by the JCA Realty, Lunch, early bird winners announcements, games and announcement for Best in Costume. The program ended with happiness and smiles of each participant’s aura. That was a good motivation not only for those people who are already years in service of this field, but also for those apprentices.
