Happy Halloween to everyone! As our yearly November celebration is fast approaching, the Pueblo Development has held its launching for the Forest View Homes Phase 3 .  The celebration was held last, October 29, 2010, at 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM.

The program was attended by agents from different realty, brokers, children, parents, Pueblo Development’s officials, and the clients. At 3 PM, the program was started for all the children to enjoy with the Trick presented by the Magician- Nathaniel Makiputin, from Kids Party Shop. Lots of tricks were shown, which made the children filled with excitements and astonishment.

At 7 PM, everybody prepared for the cutting of ribbons for the opening of phase 3. The main program hosted by Jessie Ubay-Ubay, the Marketing Officer. It was started with an opening prayer, followed by the video presentation of the entire Forest View Homes areas and its enhancements. Rodolfo Meñes, General Manager, gave his opening remark, and then followed by the cutting of ribbons, which was participated by Voltir Flores, Product Manager and Mrs. Arabel Sulido, Senior Product Manager.

The dinner fellowship followed after that, with the prepared food by Dolce Vita Catering. Everybody benefited and enjoyed a lot of the said celebration that evening, especially the kids who were in costumes for the event.

For Pueblo Development staffs and personnel, congratulations! That was a well done event for everybody who was in the said event. And for all prospect clients, the Phase 3 is now open for all of you to choose from for your better living in affordable cost!

Just yesterday, October 22, 2010, the entire office together with the Assembly of God’s people and pastors, went to Mrs.  Misty Kazwell’s house, for the blessing. The house is already a one year old, yet it wasn’t blessed. The owner and the office decided to conduct a blessing ceremony on that same day.

At 9: 45 a.m., the ceremony started, with the International pastor, Fred Clark, from Oregon, U.S.A. The ceremony started with a group prayer, and then the holy water sprinkled on the entire place, to make the ceremony be done completely. Pray over to all the house hosts were done by the pastors and the other church members, with the union of the voices, singing with the songs of God. The praising of His name was done to make the ceremony to be that solemn and formally welcome the Holy Spirit on the entire property. After the blessing, everybody enjoyed the boons on the table.

That was done successfully, and it is our pleasure and honor in the office to be one of those people who managed to help them, even on that simple way. For the entire family of Kazwell’s, Congratulations for your blessed house and for the successful ceremony!

For five years of exerted effort, blended sweat and blood by all the agents, staff and the broker, just to serve all the clients; the RPM Realty is now celebrating its 5th Anniversary in the Service, this afternoon, October 20, 2010. This is another annual success for each personage in the office, who showed and who still show the good service to every client  that the office has.

As part of the office’s events, this is another memorable one for each of us. We have this “salo-salo” in the office, which we enjoyed a lot; together with our architect, broker and his ever supportive wife, and of course, the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation’s staff.

The celebration is quite simple, but copiously done with the bountiful boons from God, as well as the continued good rapport among each of us in the office. This is what matter most in a group or organization- The Team Building and the ever support that could be observe within each of us.

We would like to extend our gratitude also, to all of those past agents, who’d been part of RPM realty; for their exemplary acts and shown effort, which contributed much to the realty during their times. Of course, also for the present agents, web masters, and staffs,  thank you for being very eager, lively, supportive, hardworking, understanding and open-minded to do your tasks and of serving all the clients in the best that you can.
