Saturday, August 28, 2010, the most awaited event in the city of Cagayan de Oro has come true- The San Agustin Festival. As the whole city is clamoring with the happenings and prepared events of our local government, the HomeChoice Planners and Construction Corporation had held and sponsored a mass wedding of few of their construction workers. It was participated by the Assembly of God individuals.

The wedding was supported by few of the church members, and the RPM Realty agents. The ceremony had started at 8:30 in the same day and done at 11:00 A.M. The receptions were conducted in the construction site and in the office, where numbers of people had enjoyed the prepared blessings by the Masangcay.There were five couples who were pledged to be united morally and lawfully. The said mass wedding was successfully done with the reason of putting together the will of God and the human nature law  through ceremony. The newly wed were given the opportunity to receive the blessing from God. Through this, they, the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, once again shared its boons to its fellowmen.

A lot of faces had smiled and lots of hearts were given contentment and happiness of the successfully done event. In behalf of the bonded couples and the families who were once again got together in the name of God, “Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Robinson Masangcay for being the detour of this opportunity!”

As one of the witnesses of the said event, I would say that the mass wedding was really assuring and graceful. It was palpable and each of us, though we were only one of the participants, will surely treasure the said event with the message of God, that marriage is not a joke  and it is a big and sacred commitment with the loved one and with the Lord.

Also, we, from CDO and RPM Realty, would like to congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Crisanto Peniscula who just got wed on the same day. May pour Lord God bless and give you more boons from above. Once again, CONGRATULATION for all the newly wed!

The shocking and breath-taking done hostage drama last Monday, August 21, 2010 has come up with negative feedback and result to all Filipinos. As of today, a lot of verbal assault  we, Filipinos receive from Hongkong. They said, they will declare war, as per those disseminated text messages said. A lot of us are disappointed of the police’s performance that time. Many of those countries and nationalities had blamed not only the police on command that time, but the entire Philippine estate!

Of course, we will be moved to give our opinion and comments on that part. It is vividly true that what happened was full of flaws. But it is not enough reason to blame the whole Filipinos and to come to conclude of  declaring war, nor to suppress the rights for those Filipinos outside its vicinity! No one wanted that killing be done. None of us ordinary people, the police, nor the President wanted it to happen.

The least we could do now is to pray and do our part as Filipinos to solidify and build again the trust by those nationalities. Though it is true, that the easiest thing to remember is the flaw one, still we should be, once again vitalize our faith and unity to fight for the right and for the success of our economy and of adhering our tourism.

Let us once again, call our fellow- Filipino to be united to help our country of praying and doing the right move for this crisis!  Nothing is impossible once we are all in one for one goal- TO PROSPER.

As part for the enhancement of each broker to serve the clients fully with ease, completeness, excellence, and honesty, the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) has come to its accomplishments.  This is required for all the brokers to be, to finish all the 24 units in CPE. This is a must to all of those licensed brokers aspirants, before taking the exam. Well, it is just to say, “Attendance for every topic to be discussed is a MUST!” Just recently, the REBAP staff had once conducted a seminar for all the licensed brokers in the Philippines mainly here in Cagayan de Oro, last Saturday, August 21-22, 2010 in Budgetel, Corrales Street. It was participated by few personalities in diverging professions. There were Architects, lawyers, Businessmen, Realtors, and Appraisers, who are licensed brokers.   On the first day, program started at 8 o’ clock in the morning and ended up at 9 in the evening.

The day was done with the series of lectures as well as review for those who were done with the topics discussed. The  sessions below will show the topics with its corresponding speakers. The seminar covered not only the rules, acts and duties only of the brokers. It also talked about the development of the City of Cagayan de Oro and its prospect projects within its vicinity. Thus, it shows that our city is having its dynamic functions, vision and mission, and its prosperity as well, which benefited to every Kagay-anons. One thing which caught my attention is the emphasized facts by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (Northern Mindanao Region), regarding the bases of how they would approve every developer’s project. That was so substantial, that every participant had absorbed and understood those bases well.

The seminar ended on the second day at almost around 7:00 P.M, with its served dinner for every one. As the secretariat of the said CPE Seminar, I would say that, “It was an awesome and informative event! Congratulations to the REBAP staff and members for the successful CPE seminar!”

As the CDO’s annual festival events going on, it held its Housing Festival in Limketkai Center, Rotunda yesterday, August 17, 2010. The event was participated by different housing developers and the other businesses. The same like others, tremendous encumbrances came to his life and tried to hinder him to succeed economically. But there is nothing impossible in God’s name. He conquered all of those trials and was given an opportunity to shine by grabbing the laid chances to him- The JCA REALTY.

Robinson was, at first, didn’t have any idea of how the field he joined would lead him to total fulfillment of his longing to support his family and himself financially, in accordance of the word of God. As he drove along the flow of the kind of venture in realty he was in, he met his ambition and dreams gradually.

In 2005, Robinson with his wife Rodelyn Labor Masangcay, also a Computer Engineering graduate, started their dream to put up their own realty. Thus, they name the realty from his name, Robinson Pacut Masangcay or RPM Realty. Their office was first located in Mikmag Office (it was an office within an office) in Tiano Akut, Cagayan de Oro City. They had 18 agents that time, including his only wife as the staff and the one who did all of the paper to be typed- well, with their first baby, who was always on her side.  The picture of his wife’s work would inspire every woman in our times. Many could surely do multi-tasking, but on Mrs. Masangcay’s picture? It was really touchy and would inspire every woman to do the same of what she did. Working in the office with loads of works to be done, while taking good care of the baby at the same time? If we would look at it literally and practically, it is really difficult and challenging for a mother.

As the RPM Realty went on with its vision and mission, which is to lead and guide the people, they had crossed the Vista Verde Village. The latter is their seemed key to bounty moves and gains. They started to embellish the Village and use their own ideas of how to promote the Vista Verde Village. Thus, to make the story short, it is the RPM Realty Team who contributed their latent talents, skills, and exerted efforts to make the Village more presentable, palpable and profitable, by selling units beyond the Vista Verde Village’s staff could imagine.

On the year 2006, the RPM Realty had widened its opportunity and then put up a sub-project which is t he Home Choice Construction. And as those other businesses or companies, the realty also experienced the ups and downs along its way. Few of its agents started to part away and put up their own realty on 2007.

June 28, 2010 was the exact time for the RPM realty to transfer to its new office located in Pueblo, Masterson Avenue, fronting Camella Homes, along with few of offices in the area. For the record, the RPM realty with its Home Choice Construction had 28 built houses and 80 construction workers.

It is sometimes true to say that, “To start is the most difficult thing to do”. Well, it is somewhat true. But once a person would start to think faster with accurate and pushy moves to make things possible, it would really be possible and would not just forever a dream. In pertinence with Robinson’s persevering acts and faithful heart and mind to God, he attained what he prayed for.  All of the sweat, dedication, optimistic views by all of the agents and the staff of RPM Realty, it is now on its own embarked name and credibility to serve clients in all status.
